Wealth Club members invest £1m in Anaphite

Bristol-based Anaphite, which is developing new technology to improve batteries for electric vehicles, has raised just under £1 million from Wealth Club clients under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS). The funding was part of Anaphite’s latest £4.1 million funding institutional round, with Wealth Club taking 20% of the raise. Blue Wire Capital, OION, Zero Carbon Capital, Silicon Roundabout Ventures and Deeptech Labs, who are highly regarded as an accelerator for deep tech companies, have also invested.

Thalamos, a platform digitising the Mental Health Act has raised a $1million (£900k) Seed Round, backed by Ascension's Conduit Impact EIS Fund, Angels including Syndicate Room, and a private Seedrs crowdfund.

SFC Capital leads funding for Compliant payment system Ryft

Ryft, the revolutionary PSD2 compliant payments system, has raised a large seed round, led by SFC Capital, the UK’s most active seed-stage investor. Additional investors include the ex-founder of Shutterstock and the founder of LoveFilm. Green Angel Syndicate invests in £12m in QLM Technology series A

GAS welcomed QLM to its portfolio in Spring 2021 and has now invested in a £12 million Series A funding round led by Schlumberger.

The round was led by Schlumberger with support from Green Angel Syndicate, Enterprise100 Syndicate, Development Bank of Wales, Newable, Quantum Exponential and several private investors. As a company with headquarters in Cardiff and operations in Bristol, this funding round also included British Business Investments funds committed to Green Angel Syndicate through its Regional Angels Programme.

24Haymarket leads £1.25m funding in Hypetex
