Albion exits investment in Berkley Care Group homes

Albion Capital has made a successful exit from its investment in three high-end care homes managed by Berkley Care Group, the boutique care home operator. The care homes with a total of 201 beds have been sold to Korian SA, the leading European care services group for elderly and fragile people, for an undisclosed sum.

Inovia closes its first transatlantic fund and builds London team

 

Inovia Capital has announced the closing of its second growth fund with US$450M in committed capital. As part of the launch, Inovia is confirming its increased  presence in Europe. The London team is led by Inovia Partner Patrick Pichette, also recognized for chairing the board of Twitter and NYSE-Lightspeed. Pichette is now playing a larger role in the European technology industry, in part as a founding member of the CDL Oxford, a jury member of Falling Walls in Germany, and as a Board member of Zwift, the cycling App.
