The private sector, independent network of 7,000 tech leaders, experts and investors, has released the findings of a new study into the impact of Brexit on London tech. The results show that access to capital and talent have both become more challenging in the past two years.

- 0 commentsThe Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund (NPIF), delivered by British Business Bank, has invested a total of £20m in ambitious, high-growth SMEs in the Leeds City Region. Since its launch in February 2017, NPIF has delivered equity finance, debt finance, and microfinance solutions, ranging in size from £25,000 to £2m to businesses across the 10 Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEP) that make up the ‘Northern Powerhouse’ region. To date, NPIF has completed 104 investments in Leeds City Region-based SMEs across a range of sectors including ICT and manufacturing, which received £5.50m and £5.17m respectively.
