Fund Twenty8 completes deployment into 32 startups

SyndicateRoom's EIS fund, Fund Twenty8, has finished deploying capital ahead of schedule.

The second iteration of Fund Twenty8 has invested £3.2 million into 32 early-stage British companies across 12 sectors. The fund’s algorithm analysed the investment decisions of 1,427 private investors on the SyndicateRoom platform when deciding how to deploy capital.

Equilaw and Thomas Legal receive investment from BGF

Two niche property law firms, Equilaw and Thomas Legal, have received a multi-million pound investment from BGF, the UK’s most active investor in growing companies, to support business growth.

Luxcara acquires the Finnish wind power project Välikangas

 

Luxcara, one of the leading asset managers for renewable energy investments, has acquired the Finnish wind power project Välikangas, which has a projected capacity of 100 MW. The produced electricity will be sold to an off-taker on the basis of a power purchase agreement (PPA).
